Biosketch:
Ms. Josephowitz is a Contract Specialist in the Office of Acquisitions, Div. of Extramural Activities. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of MD and has been with the NIH since 1990 working for NIDDK, NIAID and ORF as a Purchasing Agent. In 2003-2004, as part of a collateral duty assignment with the Center for Career Resources, she was certified as a Career Counselor with NIH. In addition to her acquisition duties during this time, she assisted ORF employees in writing their Federal Resumes. In 2006, she rejoined NIDDK as a Contract Specialist.
