Dr. Keiko Miyoshi
joined in 1999 as a visiting scientist. She obtained her D.D.S in 1994 and went on to complete her Ph.D. in 1998, both at the University of Tokushima
, Japan. Her research projects included studying the role of signaling components as they relate to mammary gland development, in particular members of the PrlR/Jak2/Stat5, Wnt/beta-catenin and Id2 signaling pathways. She left the lab in 2001 but returned for a brief visit in the summer of 2002. Keiko has since returned to Japan where she now works as a research associate at the University of Tokushima and is establishing her own research program.
